Queued back to Crooklands J36 and beyond at the moment. The A6 has been solid through Carnforth all afternoon, can imagine them taking well over an hour to get to Galgate and back on to the M6

Two vehicle accident on south bound carriageway just before Jn34. According to Radio Lans, they've had calls from people who've been stationary for "over an hour".

Yep make it 2 hours on A6 to Galgate from Carnforth.

Closed again this morning due to over running roadworks.

Lots of (seemingly unaware) people heading down to Galgate to get back into Lancaster.

Naturally, traffic at Galgate J33 was tailed right back to the roundabout!!
