Team selection

Am I the only one who doesn't understand the manager's team selections? We seem to chop and change the line up and there seems to have been an obsession on tightening up the defence which ironically has had the opposite effect !! A squad described by many as the best ever at Morecambe is now in a relegation fight and appears to lack the appetite for this.

Too many COOKS you mean , a CHEF would know what he was doing !
