Does anyone else hate the transfer window ?

I hate nothing more than this transfer window, all I ever see is clubs bringing in players making themselves stronger for next season and getting excited for the first game. All we do this time of year is pray no1 comes along and snatches our best players then sign all off-casts who nobody else wants or they can't get anywere else. Also fearing the worst and just hoping we avoid relegation season after season !

I hope someone buys us with loads of money in the next few weeks because being a Morecambe fan is the least exciting thing about at the minute !

To be fair its same for a lot of clubs, we get cast offs from other sides in turn someone gets ours its all part of the football pyramid food chain I still find it exciting though, its one of the things I like most about preseason seeing new players for the first time and hoping we have found a few players that can make the difference. Yes it would be nice if someone came in and splashed the cash and we did a Fleetwood unfortunatley i don't see it happening.

Accy put together a squad of journeymen who other clubs didn't want and it proved a good move.

But for every one club that does that there are loads who don't find success.

All we can do is remain hopeful that a deal will be done ASAP but if it isn't then it will be what it will be.

Personally I'm finding it hard to raise any enthusiasm for next season, never mind the cost of renewing my season ticket.....which I never thought I'd be having to justify to myself.
