Premier League B teams and 'non-English' clubs will not be included in plans to reform the structure of the English Football League.

So does that mean the turnout for the Stoke and Bradford games can now be higher to benefit the club?

Or am I still a "scab" for wanting to support my club who needs the money and support?

I suppose there's still a chance minds might change, but I am very happy with this statement and may consider Bradford and even Stoke - see how the finances are.
