He wonders what Jim would be like with a real Homebase??
I think he is better suited to B and Q myself.

Apparently our crowds are Conference North? He needs to get his facts right.
Ill informed idiot, ignore him.
Our crowds, while not great, are far better than most in Conf North. 3800 last home game?? Dickhead.

To be fair, we will get lower crowds than the Conference North when you consider Stockport County are in it.

Indeed. Based on our average from last season we'd be 4th in the Conference North this season. However our attendances don't tell the whole story considering away support will be much better than the Conference North. :|

Certainly surprised me when I looked highest, lowest and average attendances, top 11 clubs for attendances:

1 Stockport County 3830 2206 2751
2 FC United Of Manchester 3030 2124 2455
3 FC Halifax Town 1965 1552 1714
4 Kidderminster Harriers 2072 1185 1547
5 AFC Fylde 1905 1362 1545
6 Darlington 1883 1730 1231 1504
7 Salford City 2049 1072 1498
8 Chorley 2022 790 1294
9 Altrincham 2355 850 1250
10 AFC Telford Utd 1459 1014 1212
11 Boston United 1424 905 1061

Not many leagues around the world would have those kind of stats for sixth tier!
Is the glass half full or half empty? Mmmm? hard to say - but it does look like there's room for more beer!

And sometimes people just need a reality check. AFC Telford urged as many fans as possible to attend the FC United game last weekend because they are in dire financial trouble once again. They need to raise, and yes it might not seem much but when you haven't got it it is, £25,000 by the end of November otherwise the smelly stuff hits the fan AGAIN. Two weeks ago the players were asked to travel to the north east in their own cars because they couldn't afford to pay for a coach. Luckily the game on Saturday was well attended, they also had a whip around and they are currently half way to the goal :)
And some of us think we're in a mess. Be grateful, be very grateful
