They were talking about the 'Fit & Proper Person' test on Radio Lancs before the game at the weekend. One of the commentators said he'd seen the actual form and it was a complete waste of time.

Hopefully after this fiasco the EFL will look at what happened to us and up their game?

Perhaps some compensation should be in order from EFL as they are not fit for purpose :roll:

The fact remains that the sale was agreed by the chairman, who stated clearly he would only sell to somebody who would safeguard the future of the club, which, apparently never happened, in future might I suggest the club conduct their own investigations into potential buyers, assuming they still want a responsible custodian for the club.
