In that case he hasn't got a leg to stand on when the case goes back to court.

But it does mean Burnard could sell to cala.

It's all gone very quiet from all the interested parties

He had no argument , and he would have needed money to appeal, In the original deal it appears Abdul put in 200,000 quid, Diego lied to him, saying he was putting in around 800,000 , but never had any money, Diego won't be back and now Burnard is in charge on behalf of Abdul.

Burnard will sell to the highest bidder very soon.

I suspect the work the Shrimps Trust and others have done in exposing Joseph Cala for the charlatan he is has now meant that option is now closed. My sense is that that they've been speaking to other interested parties, including Geoff Higgs, and, as MPH said, as soon as the legal battle is over a deal will get done to sell the club on. Will be interesting to see if Abdul retains an interest in the club.

If as reported Abdul has put in anything from £400,000 + then he will have an interest.

Let's hope this is sorted soon as Jim is running out of time to retain players he will wish to offer new contracts such as Michael Rose , Ryan Edwards etc.

And….. Stupid Cala hasn’t got a ****ing pot to **** in!

Now if only I could think of a tune to go with that, it’d make a good chant!!
