On balance we didn't deserve anything tonight and can have no complaints. Accrington were much the better passing side and we only really shaded the last 20 minutes or so which is far too late. .

There are times when I think you are too harsh, Jack, but this is so true :(

Aaron said it's not much use playing for the last 20 minutes and was a tad embarassed collecting MOM. Didn't turn up till 10.15, when most people had gone, must have been an interesting dressing room at 9.45
Enjoy yourself.... It is later than you think

Thank god we had a purple patch in February as we are now back to hoof ball most of the last few games! A dozen home defeats so far!! JB criticises the pitch but why' we don't use it! All the other teams seem to be able to pass and run around on it easily. We should put Nizic in goal and put Roche in midfield to help Rose as they are the main passers! Awful football and tactics, hardly get to the byline to put a cross in, stand and watch the opposition pass and move round and through us without hardly any challenges. Getting 3 points off us is like taking candy from a baby!
Don't worry be happy!

Some of the players seem to be running on empty. Not surprising with our small squad and number of games recently. But having said that the tactics were abysmal. Team selection no better and any sign anybody (apart from Rose) having a clue what they were doing well you could have fooled me.

Thinking back to that Donny away game - we were compact, yet a threat on the break. Never gave the ball away. Everyone seemed to know their jobs and were disciplined. Last night was a total shambles. Pathetic for a derby game, or any match for that matter!

Back to basics for Saturday and the rest of the season. Stanley showed you can move the ball about on that pitch so what this hoof ball's about I can only assume is about the Globe's surface. Looking at recent games it just looks like we're playing off the cuff all the time. Would also add I thought the ref was poor again but not the reason we lost.
