No, my understanding is that the Rangers land is not currently part of the proposed development, although the developers maybe interested in it.

But Rangers, hold the cards, they've no obligation to sell unless it's in their interests. E.g. a relocation.

Have they not just spent about 8k putting metal palisade fencing round

Rangers had fencing put round for security, to stop the scum from vandalising everything including leaving broken glass all over the pitch.
There are currently contractors erecting fencing to stop any access to the proposed site, but nobody seems to know why.

Apparently the new owners have fenced it off to stop public access while they carry out a full Health and Safety assessment. WTF

Drove past yesterday and saw the massive metal fences at the top of the entrance road to Quarry Park.

What an eyesore....

There's been a lot of fly tipping going on down that canal side road too I believe. :evil:
