Its the same up here but not in anyway to the same extent. Its sad that people would go an hour away when they have their home town club on their doorstep. we've a lot of people in Morecambe who like football, but they'd rather support sky sports and the premier league, it's only over an hours drive you've got the big Manchester Merseyside clubs .
but anyway, we might have done you a favour, sometimes teams can get side tracked in cup competitions and lose focus on promotion, so good luck!
