I might be a bit thick, but just don't understand this. Either way, I can see it all going tits up.

The car parks. All the land around the sides of the ground. Possibly the concourse in front of the main stand? Quite a lot of land.

The interview on ITV made me feel a little more confident. A little, not a lot.

It's a long week.

Thanks George.

So we'd still have one car park, but no road to get to it! More land belonging to the Trust then? The main stand doesn't belong to the trust though.

Can't work out how to make it bigger but you can still get to the ground and car park.

Potentially you could do some sort of swap deal with the car park for the Berlin Wall stand, community block.

Has anyone noticed the roadworks that have been on the corner of Westcliffe drive/Westgate for the past 2 weeks? I presumed it was for sewage/water or similar, but it looks strange now they've gone, there's a trench from Westcliffe Drive across Westgate, across the pavement & then fizzles out in the middle of the start of the wasteland twixt Hurley Flyer & the new estate! :?:

He has not left the building yet. In the Strategic Report on the latest accounts of the club it states that "G50 Holdings Limited has agreed a sale of the majority shareholding in the company to Bond Group Investments Limited , which is awaiting ratification".

Until it is ratified Mr Burnard does have an interest in Morecambe FC and is entitled to a seat on the board.

May retain a minor number of shares and his seat on the Board just as Peter McGuigan may have done.
