Excellent report by Freez and here's hoping that JB confirms the wish of many by starting with Oswell and for me A Jay, with more game time for both Gomes and Jagne.

Wonder if Jim ever asks 'well what do you think' of our media guys.

There their Freez, I'm sure we''l get they're eventually ;) . Great read, just wonder if those who accuse you of brown-nosing'll see that you are actually prepared to tell it like it is when it isn't good, as well as obviously pointing out the good bits as well.

It’s as it should be, an opinion, we all see the game through our own eyes, but the general feeling is one of frustration at Jim not seeing the picture most of us agree on.
In this instance, how good anyone is in training is becoming irrelevant when performances in the games themselves are affecting results.
Last season there was no back up players, this season there appears to be, but they need to get the experience in game time ASAP to really know if they can make a difference. Again just my opinion.

Seems to be by far the majority on here as well. We need to see evidence of movement towards an effective team during the next 3 games.

Eh? If a professional football manager is having to ask the Media lads what they think, we are even more screwed than I thought.

Like Freez says, we all have opinions and we should all be able to share them.

I'm looking forward to Jim doing a facebook poll for his next starting XI
