Have a drink

Postby Doonhamer » Sat Sep 08, 2018 4:16 pm

Morecambe F.C. support is the most patient I have known in the football league but another glorious defeat against 10 men for almost 60 mins. It’s about time the board were inviting the management team for a final drink in the last chance saloon before the club gets an invite.

PMG can join them in the final drink. Heaven knows why he's still chairman, let alone a director. We need a clear out.

Maybe if they are happy with this shite!

Why do you constantly stick up for everything that is so very wrong for our future as a Club?
We need massive changes and a manger with some better ideas. End of.

No constructive replies, just sarcastic bullshit to anyone who doesn't see the things the way you see them.

Something has to change. With an increased budget and some quality players the same mediocrity continues. Tactically we are awful and the management team continue to pick players who let us down. Unless there is change we are dropping out of league football. If the directors want to keep the manager then a new coach with positive ideas must be brought in but both board and management team seem clueless and are steering us to disaster.

One experienced manager managed the game, the other manager jumped up and down a bit and reverted to type with on old tried and tested formation! Had no idea to react to how to play against an organised side with a player short. See you at Barrow for next seasons new year's match!

Be interesting where Morecambe will play their home games next season assuming they are still in existence. Are the owners after the land. Beginning to think procrastination on their part may have a point.

This League is that poor, even if you lose till Christmas you'll still be third bottom.
Here's me worrying bout Oldham being down here, bloody hell get a grip!

Not sure you're right. Whilst there are presently two really poor sides below us there is nothing to say Notts County will not start getting a few more points. What I really don't understand :? , as one who lives far away, is how only a couple of weeks ago the team was playing good football (albeit not scoring) and then we are rubbish without any cohesion whatsoever. How the hell can that happen :?:

Even Yarney is looking a clogger now after having trained with us for a few weeks. New players come in and have to play to JB's tactics. Bentleyfication rules!! :o

Yeah, unfortunately I did have to read your posts Mr pootatohead, just wondering why you think Christmas is a great date to realise we need an actual manager with new ideas? Bit late then, not just basing my opinion on this season, add last season and the season before.

Given the problems the club have faced over the past few years , which I don't need to relist, any manager would have struggled massively, we may or may not be out of the woods yet, and Jim Bentley is the epitome of loyalty and endeavour, he has given 16 years to this club because he loves it, and the town, he deserves the opportunity to turn things round now , if it is the case, that things are going to improve to the point where he can make a fist of it, this club owes him that.

PS....stop being horrible, you did not HAVE to read my posts,it is not my fault the club is in the shit so stop picking on me, I'm only 12

Ive had that, (what level have you played at Football) just said id a bad knee injury at 17, game over.

I hope you all tried a counter argument, i did mention about being more attacking at home and my main one on SV's bout playing our most dangerous player Barkauizen at right back when trying to win a match?

Was intresting you can then see in Jim's eyes the Passion he as for Morecambe.

Think Jim takes things to heart on SV's think where quite mild mannered on here compared to Facebook, and other Football forums.
