Jim post match v Stoke

Quite rightly talks about the injury situation and the need to protect those not injured. Never known anything as bad throughout his playing and managerial career to date.

This for me shows the need for at the very least an emergency loan system in such situations. Only needs a couple more and we might be able to have a subs bench... :o

Fair play to Jim for his management of Tutte by being brave and starting Hedley and Jagne last night. Excellent player and if we lose him for league games, especially with Fleming out, we could be pretty screwed. Alongside a more experienced midfielder in Tutte, Wildig and Kenyon (when he's back), I wouldn't be too concerned by having Hedley and Jagne in our side. They both gave the ball away a bit last night but I strongly doubt any League Two side will be pressing with the same organisation and efficiency as the Stoke young'uns. Just hope we can get Old back to fitness ASAP as the two goals we conceded were pretty abysmal.
