I do seriously enjoy these type of articles that you occasionally produce Doc Roger! Very clever, very informative and, without exception, they are complimentary about the places that you have visited. I am just wondering is there anybody on the d3d4 site that ever writes similar types of articles when they visit Morecambe with their own particular teams. Would love to read them and see what they say!!!

Anyway, please keep up the excellent work, and in the meantime a Very Happy Christmas to you and to all SVers.

Thanks for that. I've appended this comment to the D3D4 article with an appeal for people to contribute with their thoughts about Morecambe. I spoke to a few Imps' supporters last Saturday and the consensus was a) that the Globe is a hell of a long way from the railway station and b) it's not easy to get there.

Happy Xmas to you in Cyprus (makes me even more jealous!) and to everyone else as well...

Lincoln station to their ground 0.7 mile walk.
Morecambe station to the Globe 1.0 mile walk.
About 3 minutes difference.
