Very unlikely that a nationwide lockdown will be carried out but more regional lockdowns in the cities will almost certainly occur. It all depends how lax people become.

As assurances couldn't be given on the land the announcement had to be delayed and then of course covid happened, lets just hope the money is still there and Sunak didn't dip into it to fund his eat out to help out scheme.
