Looking forward to seeing people I call friends that I’ve not seen for a long time due to personal reasons

Sounds like Delaney injury could be long term according to Stephen Robinson in his interview

Also mentioned he wants two more players (forward and a centre half)

Just watched the highlights and for me their second goal looked very much offside....but still a superb start and something that we can build on.

Very impressed with SR's post match interview and you can tell by his face expressions that that result hurt after doing so well for the majority of the match.

I thought that originally but looks like Cooney was playing him on. He didn’t appeal and liner was further back than both Sam and their striker (suggesting Cooney last man). Some poor decisions all round. O’Connor going for the initial header, Sam then not dropping when he did and Cooney sleeping. However excellent result and one which we’d have all taken before the game.

Tremendous day out that was! Whole team were immense particularly Cole. Really thought we had them towards the end, looked like they'd run out of ideas. Ah well, they had class players all across the front line and the two subs linked up to unlock us, from nowhere really.

A lot better than the last visit when Jimbo got sent off just after the start and we got hammered!

Stating the obvious but I think we have a lot to look forward to this season.
