26th March fixtures

Postby Redalert1970 » Fri Mar 25, 2022 3:05 pm

I know we need to win a few games to stay up but personally think the games tomorrow could be crucial in our survival as well

Accrington v GILLINGHAM

WIMBLEDON v Cambridge

DONCASTER v Charlton

If the Gills win at Accy it would see us 5 points behind them which would be tough to make up ... Never wanted Accy to win before but I do tomorrow

2nd April fixtures are very interesting as well

CREWE v FLEETWOOD

Sunderland v GILLINGHAM

Sheff Wed v WIMBLEDON

MORECAMBE v Burton

Wycombe v DONCASTER

Crewe v Fleetwood , a draw would be good or a win for Crewe.

A Crewe win is our only saviour imo. 3 points and a crap goal difference is too much on our form

All 3 teams around us drawing at half time

Could be better but could be a lot worse

We still have a chance. Quite a few mid table teams coming up, so 2-3 wins before the last two tough games and we might only need a point or two for safety. Let's see

Verdaine Oliver leaps above the Accy keeper to score the winner and at the other end the ref doesnt give a blatant penalty with Coleman fuming. Meanwhile the Gills keeper is performing like hes in the Premiership.
If we didnt have bad luck we wouldnt have any at all :(

Stanley were trying to get an emergency goalkeeper on loan but had to go with a young rookie who did rubbish stopping Oliver scoring the winner. :(
