Bit of a worry he only played 11 league games for a league 2 team last season but will reserve judgement of we sign him

His performance for Vale in their recent play off final was outstanding and many are surprised that he may be about to leave. He had injury problems last season but came back in time to secure Vale winning g the final with what numerous described as a masterclass. Seems to a direct replacement for Aaron butany deal is yet to be completed and a fee may be involved which is surprising as money is rumoured to be tight but maybe the owners are allowing DA an amount to re build the squad so that we are more secure in retaining EFL1 status.

However a word of caution about being too positive about a potential deal as Bratford are supposed to be Iinterested as well.

If Stockton is sold and that's an IF there would be some money for Derek to spend I'm sure
