League Cup 3rd Round: Milton Keynes

League Cup 3rd Round: Milton Keynes

Draw imminent.

By my reckoning, 60% of the clubs in the draw are Premier League, so better than even chance of a top flight side. And obviously, 50:50 chance of being at home.

So, away to Lincoln it will be then!

Could have been worse. Not bloody much worse. No extra cash for Derek this week.

Winnable though. Maybe we will get a top club in the 4th round!

I utterly dispise this sport sometimes. Another utterly shit draw.

I would like to think that DA may play a weakened side and we play a strong one to give us a chance of going through. Would be really angry if we don’t field a strong side.

Our luck can’t last 3 games tho - we will lose or draw and lose on pens.

BUT .......... it could be a lot worse. According to our own website, Burnely, Crawley, Brentford and Gillingham have been thrown out of the competition!!!!!

Or maybe in the excitement of the draw (???), they simply forgot to include those extra two ties involving these 4 teams. :D :D :D
