Anyone who follows this forum will be waking up to the fact that last night I was the subject of some, quite simply, deeply personal attacks, by a member of this forum - both on my gender and my personality, which I found deeply personally very offensive. It is in not my interests to publicly name such person, that is not the point of my post.
Whether I am a 'guy' or not, or should be a ‘better person' should not be brought to attention on a public domain, especially given the fact that such attacks are made from a person who has made their own views on LGBT/sexism and values of free speech very clear of late (see boycott World
Cup 2022 thread.)
As it is very clear during such conversation, I have, with respect only tried to argument my case on why I find the original posters views extremely hypocritical. I have since found that a post I have made has been moderated - which I find contradictory and hypocritical given the moderators personal opinions.
To everyone on this forum, and I mean everyone,.. think about what you post, and the insults that you give. Think about the affect it would have on that person. Individuals mental health is huge issue during this time, and rightly so. As I have said in a previous post, I have been through enough struggles in recent years and do not need to be publicly humiliated to 'be a better person' by anyone, regardless of their stature on this forum.
Assuming this post wont be amended by the moderator, please leave this space as somewhere you can vent your frustrations if you feel like I do right now.
And as a final word, it is lucky I have a thick skin (let’s hope the next person does too...)
