Problems with Shrimpsvoices??

Postby shrimp in cyprus » Sun Jul 23, 2023 11:11 am

Is anybody else having any issues/problems with Shrimpsvoices. Over the last three days I have sent four posts but none of them have arrived.
Possibly could be to do with the crazy weather conditions out here. 43 degrees today where we live.
Hopefully that's all it is, and I guess if this pops up on Shrimpsvoices then things are working again.

The BBC and Sky think your place and Greece are on fire due to climate change.

Meanwhile back in Morecambe its coolish and pouring with rain !

All the "missing" posts were about the totally useless MFC website. No updates or anything regards the pre-season friendlies, no interviews or anything. Fortunately Gone-shrimping provided updates on here, otherwise we would have known sweet f a.
As Keith has said, the pre-season games are hardly vital regarding results, but updates re what is happening are still needed. Hopefully things will improve once the season actually starts.
And obviously the ownership issue is still massive and when you are living 2000miles away, it would be good to get some news updates (as of course it would if you lived on Lister Grove, Heysham - where I did for many years).
Good luck for the coming season.

OUR club's Media Department should understand that not everybody is into Social Media and look forward to news via the OWS.

A few years ago we used to have regular dvds of the team training in pre-season. I remember them filming from a drone over Turners Field as they played an 11 v 11 practice match. There were always proper dvds of our pre season games as well. The only ones I've seen this pre season are filmed with no zoom and the players look like ants running about at Warrington and Southport.
