Pitch renewal

It was suggested by our new Groundsman a few weeks ago that the pitch was to be renewed and that the booking with the contractor had been confirmed.

With all the concern about finances has work started on relaying the pitch or has it been put on hold until the current problems are sorted.... :?:

Unable to get down to the Maz due to holidays etc, so any update would be most welcome.

I'll be down at the quiz tonight so I'll ask around to see if anyone knows anything...but the pitch was in use up to last Thursday...

The information re:- 'Pitch Renewal' being discussed yesterday at the Youth Tournament, was that work begins tomorrow (today).

Two mountains of sand just before you reach the home terrace turnstiles and it looks like they have scraped the surface away as there are some piles of old turf etc in the car park at the away end.
