The mics are on but the lads aren't chatting yet. But if you turn the volume up, you can hear Glen Cooper in the background talking about the season so far. Good to hear someone who actually knows about football talking on Morecambe Player, even if it is eavesdropping.

Morecambe Player wrote:"He [Barry] has been in great form lately"

I was thinking this the other week. I think Barry is actually in the best form of his career. Last season I thought he was beginning to come to the end of his career and his place as first choice keeper was under threat. To a large extent, I thought his bad injury had taken it's toll.

But this season, he's back to being one of the top League Two keepers. And long may it continue! :D

We miss the long throw of Barki.
He just took a great 1 for Preston which should've led to a penalty to North End

Bloody hell Barki has just scored a beautiful goal into the top right corner from the left of the box.
I wish we could've kept him

19:30 here and still 26 degrees. I guess that means winter is over and spring has finally begun.if ever a game needed a goal ...

I'd love to stay up and hang with you guys but I have a 10.00am kick off tomorrow, pre season friendly.
Going to have to go to bed.
BTW Barki just ran nearly the full length of the field to get his shot blocked and Dobson I think scored the rebound.
2-0 to North End.
Goodnight lads, and COYS!!!

A fantastic left footed volley that Barry had no chance of getting to.

"They deserved to be a goal up"
"It's been coming"

Shame to concede so close to half time.

Believe me it's not warm here, it's raining and cold.
Did Murphy and Edwards have an argument after the goal, it seemed to Kick off a bit between them

"It was like my gran playing left back"
"This is dreadful"
"Yet again we're not clearing it"
"Schoolboy error after schoolboy error"
"We're absolute garbage"

Did I just write "sounds better this half"?
