I'd appreciate regular thread updates please if possible as I'm not at the game but instead am heading North in pursuit of some folding stuff. Thanks :)

Game has kicked off, but just getting the twinkly-twonky 'thank you for subscribing to iFollow, the match will start shortly'???

And no video?

Crap mistake, Pork Vale's first chance and score. So far we've been the better side.

Long time to go yet.

Cheese pie & chilli beans have arrived, so that's good!

I know there are lies, damn lies and BBC in-play statistics, but at the time you posted this Keith, Auntie said we'd only had 35% of the play. That was back to nearly 50/50 by half time. Can't be there tonight, but I'm still hoping Mrs A ends up with the points, not me.

Morecambe's iFollow, repeatedly "we're experiencing problems"
Pork Vale's iFollow, working fine.

Port Vale had a "stunning" shot that hit the post, which would have been "goal of the season".

All Port Vale apparently.

Morecambe commentary back now!

Radio Biased in favour of Morecambe instead of Radio Biased in favour of Port Vale!

"This is absolutely dreadful"
"We looked totally shell shocked"
"Have you seen a Morecambe player beat a man?"
"Too many players not performing".

Oh dear... sounds like I'm still listening to Port Vale commentary!

I agree with Dom, I'd like to see Osbourne on, at least he runs at players.

"Two-nil, that's shocking, awful".
"That really is poor, very poor"
"No more than they deserve"
"That is really bad"

"This is not acceptable"
"Saturday wasn't acceptable either, but we got the points"
"It is dreadful"
"Do you see us getting enough points to stay up?"
"Playing like this, no"
"I'm usually a positive person, but this is lamentable, it's garbage"

Honestly, not surpirised... Saying on the commentary "its just one of those days"... But it isnt. This has happened for 3/4 years now. Enough is enough and to sign Jim & Ken on for another 2 1/2 years is ludicrous. They are dragging our club down. The squad is the supposed best ever but the management has ruined it.

Bringing Rose on for Müller... What sort of bloody change is that? A geriatric for a ball-playing centre-half. At least bring Osborne on ffs.

Thrashed by a team that hadn't won away from home. Makes the decision to extend the management's contracts look questionable- they don't seem to know the best eleven and how they should be organised. We are a rag bag of a team and it makes comments that this is a strong squad seem farcical.

and to top things off tonight, the bottom three all win, closing that gap on the teams above, getting tight. :|

I'd like to say something positive, like (I'm looking forward to the next home game) but I'd need to be off my rocker on magic mushrooms.

It's a foregone concludion for me... Get rid of the both of them and start a fresh. Oh wait, we can't afford to pay their 2.5 year contracts off. Great decision by the board there...

About a fortnight ago, pretty much everyone I saw was praising the team like mad and saying that stuff. In terms of individual qualities, I think this squad is great, however connections between the players & tactics from the management are possibly the worst I have ever seen at the current moment.

The worst tactical substitution I have ever seen. Whip off our biggest CB, put an average centre mid in his place and bring on a defensive mid. Do all this when Tom Pope is on the pitch bullying your 6ft4 defender. Totally crazy.

Diabolical.

This team has no fight, no passion and on tonight's showing a severe lack of quality.

On that performance, we will go down - no doubt about it.
