I'll trust Jim on this one, i know Jason had around 40 goals in 70 game's in non league, but does look out of his depth in L2, and where in a relegation battle, can we really afford to wait for him to develop?


Just hope we get a transfer fee and a 35% sell on fee deal at least.

For some reason( ) the lad didn’t get much game time with Morecambe, so hard to assess. Hope he does well for Wrexham and enjoys his football. Good luck to you too.

With the 'strike force' diminishing Jim can't afford to get rid of another 'striker ' before we get another one in. Just hope the money got for Oswell does indeed go on another player (or two).

Got to say I’m pretty disappointed to see the lad go looked decent enough the few occasions I have seen him play would rather of seen him get a decent run in the team not had a prolific striker since we joined the league the ones that have done okay are the ones who could make there own chances such as Howe, Miller and Stockton. A few others have had to do shifts out on the wing or right back.

would like to know the circumstances of Mr Oswell leaving. If it were his decision you cannot blame him as constantly overlooked for a striker who’s scoring record is apauling. Will be interested to see how many he bags for Wrexham. Good luck son

Will never know the price or circumstances of this transfer,just hope we get some good players coming in!

Can only assume Jim has someone in mind as a replacement, otherwise I can't understand this. I thought he was decent in his few matches with us, and our only fit striker (Vadaine) wasn't even in the squad today.

If it realeases the funds to bring in a goalscorer then it's a great decision, otherwise I'd have preferred to see what he had to do.
