We've started brightly although the only clear chance was a Wanderers' corner. Their lad had a free header but put it wide. Close enough that I thought it was in.

We played well but are toothless upfront, it's going to be a very very long season at this rate..

After some fantastic defending, Love slid in and went to ground for the first time, which gave Wanderers space for the first time. Great block by Delaney (I think) but they still managed to get the ball in to the centre. Absorbing game, but we now need to do something else.

Hunter not on the same wavelength of Obika or Gnahoua at the moment. In fact, it was his soft pass that led to the goal.

Dave Salmon repeatedly saying "the game plan has worked".

Well, only if the game plan is to only be losing 1-0 and no shots on target by us?

I'd bring McLoughlin on for Melbourne, with him being on a yellow card, then put Gibbo back in defence, with McLoughlin offering more going forwards.

At times we have looked lively and quick on the break but then the final ball isn't there and the attackers don't look on the same page.

Hunter is clearly quality, but being too clever at times. A little back heal in the Bolton area... ...straight to a Bolton defender. Too many times he's given possession away cheaply.

SUPERB free-kick from Hunter, Delaney headed just wide. That was an excellent chance.

Twice now the ref has intercepted a poor pass from a Bolton player, that would have gone to us, so brought back and possession to them. Second time, nearly a goal for Bolton.

We need to start games, how we ended, pushing forwards. Left it too late.

Delaney or Rawson MotM. Lots of desire & passion, but no real creativity again. Probably did enough to deserve a point.

The lack of goals has to be a massive worry.
In fact the lack of chances created this season is also a massive worry.
