Amazingly Shwan Jalal has found employment at Macclesfield Town after leaving Wrexham.

By all accounts (including every weekend on BT Sport) he seems a decent keeper these days, but maybe he's another who's found his level.

Whilst not strictly "football terms", the guarantee of being paid on time each month would probably be the biggest factor.

And, you could also make an argument that for 2 and a half years of him being here he was never considered first choice. He was always behind Redshaw in his first season, Miller in his second and then Stockton in his third. The only time he was given an extended run in the side is when Jim had no other choice but to play him as we had no one else.

Mullin may look at it that Jim has never had faith in him to be a regular starter and a move to another club where the manager is promising him he will be would be beneficial for his career.
