But that's not how trusts are supposed to work. It isn't the clubs trust, it is J.B.Christie's Trust and should therefore (IMHO) be open, transparent and independent of the club or council.

Is there a way of finding out who the current trustees are?

I would have thought the council would know, the land reverts to them when football (or MFC LTD?) folds so it's in their interest to know the trustees.
