I thought he was a good player and I don't think he wanted to leave The Mazuma.

N'ah, there are a few ahead of him on that list. Graham Gill was always my first choice for one of our worst footballers. Then I discovered he's thoroughly crap human being as well.
Wasn't it Alan Morgan who came on as a substitute at Southport[?], with us comfortably winning. We then fell apart, and he was substituted before it was too late?

Now we are back in EFL2 it wouldn't be the worst signing in the world.

We all love Toums but he couldn't get a kick for a piss poor Rochdale. Their fans said that his legs had gone and were happy to see him released.

His legs may have gone but his footballing brain and encouragement to younger players and all those around him will be of benefit to some club if he has some younger legs alongside him.
Hope he finds a club where his knowledge can be used.

I find it difficult to believe that over the course of a summer, Toums went from being a good league one midfielder for us to being not good enough for the bottom team in league two. In the right environment, I bet he’d still be up to it - even if only as a squad player. Unfortunately I doubt we could afford him now

Any chance you could be a wee bit more positive rather than painting pictures of gloom....

As one of the original members of the Trust I whole heartedly agree with and support what the trust are doing but facts are facts and the facts are not pretty!
