I will ask you again where would the club be right now without his intervention ? . what has he done to you ? He has helped save the club you claim to support with the help of Abdul and your mates . He has said on radio he will stay with the club until a creditable buyer comes along and give Jim as much support as he can ! . The court case in question had nothing whatsoever to do with MFC !!!

He works for Abdul , I fully accept Abdullah is paying him to make decisions on his behalf, like finding a buyer, and keeping the club afloat so it gives Abdullah a return on his investment, so yeah, hats off to Abdullah, Graham Burnard selling to cala, and would likely sell to any other shark that comes along, as others have said before me he was implicated by a judge in the forging of his dying fathers signature for financial gain...burying your head in the sand because you dislike me isn't going to change that.

Whilst we're on the subject of showing respect to the people who have saved our club you might want to get the name right. It's Abdul or Abdulrahman, not Abdullah.

My sincere apology to Abdulrahman for my previous incorrect use of the name Abdullah as well.

Let's hope that he genuinely has our best interests at heart.

Is the “devious, wily and cynical” not aimed at his father?

Just saying like

Haven't been on for a while. I went back over the article and you're right about being father not sons. However the judge's summary and transcripts make it pretty clear he doesn't think the best of either.

What I was implying is that, as usual, there's lots of good words but no real meaningful information about the ownership. If they do own the club and there is no other buyer then why has neither Burnard or Al-Hasemi joined the board as directors? Who will be funding the club going forward and for how long?

Of course they and the current board may feel that there's no point in the fans knowing the details. If so, then all we're left with the seedier facts that we are actually aware of and people will continue to speculate. Hopefully the Shrimps Trust will find out more.

Was talking about this last night. The "Now the ownership issue is resolved" just doesn't work for me either.
We are pretty much where we were before PMG sold, ie looking for a buyer.
Just hope that Abdul keeps us going in the meantime, but the longer it goes on the more the debt to him will go up.

My hope would be that Abdul wants to make a go of it but as Posh says, why isn't he back on the board. Having basically saved us from oblivion he would want some recognition surely
Enjoy yourself.... It is later than you think

New owner sooner the better. Abdul won't want to put money in forever and I suspect Mr Burnard will be looking to recoup all of it, plus a bit, from any incoming owner.

The more that tots up, the more it'll cost and the less attractive it'll become. All of which would increase the likelihood of them pulling the plug.

They aren't going to broadcast it, but I strongly suspect negotiations are at an advanced stage regarding a purchase, interesting that the recievers are making no attempt to dispose of the property belonging to the ''other company' ,obviously waitingbfor developments.

Rumour from a very good source is that we may soon have an Antipodean owner ( An Australian).

Bloody hell. If that's true, he probably only wants to buy the club because he wants lots of shrimps for the barbie. :D :D :D

However I think all of us on here and elsewhere will only believe anything to do with ownership, when it is officially announced by the club.
