It wasn't my idea but DNA can be used to prove certain things beyond all doubt. Even then I wouldn't support the death penalty for any crime.

I think unless you have had first hand dealings with paedophiles you may change your opinion.

can have a death row and have murderers coming into categories plus you could do the same with sex-cases

class A] murderers

Peter Sutcliffe = hanged
Mira Hindley = hanged
Ian Brady = hanged

class A] Pedohfiles/rapists

???? = hanged
???? = hanged
???? = hanged

If hes got a point let him argue it. If he can't then maybe his points not sound enough.

I'm still waiting for an explanation of how you make sure someone's 100% guilty so you can kill them.

i can argue, i even deleted my reply to Marky but its going round in circles..

No, Abbo, I wouldn't. There are certain beliefs I hold no matter what. Being against the death penalty is one of them. Like Keith, however, I believe chemical castration could be a suitable punishment in cases where guilt is proven beyond any doubt for paedophiles and rapists in some situations.

Anyway, you seem to group reasonable minded people together as liberal do-gooders (yawn!). Personally I was the butt of some complaints on here for having a Golly as an avatar. How does that fit in with your skewed view of the political spectrum?

Regards being ashamed to wear English/British colours or fly the flag or whatever. Its the same old bullshit the convenient right come out with. I'm most definitely a long way to the left of the BNP and I don't mind putting a flag up for the World Cup/Ashes or whatever. This has only come about since the flag was hijacked by the far right-wing. Most people would love to wave a Union Flag around but don't out of fear of being associated with the knuckle dragging goons who support the BNP.

ten good reasons not to have a death penalty...

Birmingham Six, Guilford Four.

All were found to be 100% guilty and would have been hung by the BNP as 'terrorists'. Yet all were later proved to be 100% innocent by developments in science that proved the original science to be flawed. Not to mention the beatings that took place at Morecambe police station (the original 'fell down the steps M'Lord').

As for the capital punishment for paedophiles, none of the hang-em supporters have even attempted to refute my response (ignore the facts and tell lies to support your argument? Hmm, how very BNP?)

...and I think that is the most ridiculously presumptious thing you could've written!
It is pathetic that you think the death penalty would rid us of these disgusting people. Do they still have murderers and paedophiles in the US? Well, yes they do. So, is the death penalty a deterrant? No. We spend afr too much time listening and reading what people like you spout instead of finding a reliable solution to what is quite clearly more than just a criminal issue. Should we kill or learn? You can kill each and every paedophime we find, but then you'll never know why they are as they are, or we can try to learn from them and find out how to rid them of the mental issues which cause them to do it, and get rid of the problem.
For you to put something which clearly suggests " I know them and therefore my opinion is far better than yours" totally ignores that many other people are affected and don't always agree with such views.
As for you, Dazwi, your second last post says nothing, was there a point or are you tryng to be cryptically superior?

extremist left-wingers will have people think that the above are just morons & racist :?:

Given that a lot of Manning's content was racist, perhaps those who find his material humourous should check how well the cap fits?

[edit]

my opinion is that any perverted scum of the earth that ruin and scar and murder children should not be on this earth, you and 1 or 2 others appear happy just to lock them up for a few years until they are allowed out again.
I wonder how many of the people that have been reading all these posts but have not joined in agree with my opinions or yours ???????????????
