Hope your lad is returning home buzzing after one of the most exciting second halves ever! :D

Rather than having a dig can't you for once congratulate the team and management on a great second half performance. I suspect it buggered your night up though

That was massive. Tonight the question was asked 'are we going to fight to stay in the Football League?' The answer a resounding yes.

Absolutely, anyone who can say that after being utterly inspired is ludicrous. I, like many others, was down and out and wasn't expecting anything like that second half!!!! I have to give it to the tremendous character of the team, absolutely fantastic.

Have to give the lads credit for such a tremendous fight back. It's one we needed to win and did. Well done to all concerned.

The ridiculous to the sublime tonight.

First half was absolutely atrocious, worse than Boxing Day. Yeovil were closing us down and putting us under pressure, while we stood off them and allowed them to play. Couple that with some horrendously poor passing and play, and we were rightly 2-0 down.

Second half we were a different side and increasingly improved through the half. A scrappy goal was much needed to give us the momentum to go on and get another. Again, it was far too easy for them to get back to 2-3 but fortunately we were able to go up and get a response straight away. From then on, it was only going to go one way and obviously Kev was always going to be the one to get it - a superb goal.

A fantastic result in the end and 45 minutes of real entertainment at the Globe, but we really still need to learn from the first half, quickly, as this kind of result doesn't happen every week.

Good to see our old ray of sunshine is still wallowing in doom & gloom. A "regular" contributor to Radio Lancashire after we lose (so to be fair, pretty regular then). I'm sure he'll be along shortly on Twitter to say how wonderful that comeback was.

Nope?

Nothing???

Shocking performance for 60 minutes, rose poor, kev never got a touch.pleased for conlon after the mistake in the first minute.a victory for the players on the pitch in the end,but i can not give any praise to our management at all.no semblance of any tactics at all apart from lumping the ball forward as usuall.we have the players to do ok but management need to go now, unless they build on this result and be more positive in future games.stop bothering about fitness stats etc and play the strongest team you can and go for it.anyone any idea where mcgurk was tonight,or has he had a fallout with the manager?

Been out with my girlfriends family this evening, so came back to the incredible result and spectacular emotional saga of this thread

I can't comment on the game/tactics/players but please Jim, none of this 'never too high never too low' rubbish. Let's carry this momentum, use this as a turning point in the season.

Absolutely breathtaking night !

That was right up there with the memorable Chesterfield & Crewe comeback games in recent years.

Great to see such fight, grit & determination after such a poor start.
And won't that final score have cheesed off the other clubs at the bottom ?

As for Kevs header, bloody hell, that was not an easy task, if that had been from Sergio Aguero in the Premier League we'd never see the end of it !

Lets give Yeovil a bit of credit too for contributing to all the nights excitement - despite their timewasting.

Well done lads - keep battling like that each week and we will be ok

Just read this whole thread for the first time.

EPIC!

What a relief that comeback was, but we still need consistently better performances and results than of late to save our season. Let's hope 2018 brings that!

That's why we watch football, it was a bit like the comeback against Crewe at Christie Park but lets be honest the first half we were dreadful but what a turn around in the second half and who else but Kev to pop up and score the winner pure theatre, lets take that level of passion and desire onto the game against Accy.

That's all this place is these days, a place where people would rather moan than enjoy a victory. The club gets a well needed victory and it's still divided with people celebrating and others focussing on the 3 goals conceded. Pathetic
Get over it ;)
