Was in fine form today.
family outing very warm but with that onshore breeze to cool you down.
Lots of beautiful people there.

Kids now confident in the huge surf today.
I made sure the kids had loads of sunblock on and they're not burnt at all.

Not like their stupid dad, typical Pommie Bastard, burnt to a crisp. just had a hot shower OUCH!!!

Got coconut moisturiser on mmmmmmmmmmm.

Any remedies, feel free to share.

Aloe Vera gel. You can get it at Holland & Barrett's.

The Aloe Vera gel with Tea Tree is excellent for insect bites or minor cuts. Both well worth packing for trips to countries where the sun shines and clearly of no use at all in Britain.

Giving serious thought to bottling it and exporting it to hotter climates.

All I need now is a suitable bottle and a product name. :?: :?: :?:

26 hours later and still in pain.
Mixed Aloe with coconut moisturiser, my skin is so smooth.
May keep this up even when the sunburns gone duckies.
