So what now?

Can the management bring anyone in (loans) and if so who? (first we need to get rid of a lot of deadwood).
Should the current management stay? (personally a definate yes getting rid of them wont help at all)
Can we turn this around and if so how? What tactics/team selection would you pick?
And finally is it time to put these silly digs on this forum behind us and start getting behind the team (we already are doing this....but it could be better)
Attendances are going to drop and so is the standard of football, now untill christmas is going to be a crucical time to get at least 8-10 points. Starting with stanley ( a must win game)
