...certainly adds a bit of extra 'spice' to the game, knowing as we do how MW just loves us!

My wife's going to be gutted she'll be missing it as she won't be able to sing her favourite chant ... "Do you take it..." to her favourite manager.

I'm going to the game tomorrow but I'm going to really resent paying my money at the turnstile. I hate giving that Gangster Vaughan a single penny but even worse now some of that goes back out the wife-beating racist.
Chester City lower than a snake's belly and I don't mean their fans. They deserve a break.

Should make it easier to get out of the car park at least!

Well im parking in town this time and walking to the ground, still think it will be quicker than getting out of the Deva cul-de-sac.

From what i have read on the Chester forum it appears that hardly any of their supporters want him back, in fact judging by the amount of bad feeling towards him, Wright has a monumental job on his hands.
Though if its true that he is putting money into the club then it might be a bit more difficult to get rid of him this time.

Chester's safety net is that the council owns the ground so he can't 'acquire' it to pay off the 'loans'.
10 years on and we're still paying off the mortgage on our own ground.

No disrespect meant to the Chester fans but I really hope we can take advantage of this awful situation for a couple of hours tomorrow afternoon. I'm working but I expect to hear good reports!

I worry that it will make them more motivated to impress new manager.

You really have to feel sorry for Chester fans. It was all a bit grim when they had the crazy American in charge, who put himself in charge of training and promptly introduced the training schemes for American Football. How could it get worse for them after he left? Surely Vaughn couldn't be worse, despite what Barrow fans told them...
Hope we batter them tomorrow and their players are spending the ninety minutes wondering if Mark Wright is going to be tapping up their wife or girlfriend!

You couldn't make it up could you? If Chester City FC was a soap it would be compulsive viewing, but it's so far fetched would anyone believe it? I for one would love to know what comprises Stephen Vaughan's private agenda, as no doubt would all of Chesters fan base. It's a fascinating read on their forum at the moment! If Vaughan pulls out they may well fold, if he remains then they remain his plaything to torment them as he see's fit. NASTY SITUATION!!
We are lucky in that we have a Chairman and board of directors who have the best interests of our club at heart. I feel sorry for Chester for their is little doubt that the exact opposite applies in respect of their enigma, Mr Vaughan.

Gary Glitter ... Christ almighty ! I think he is back as well isn't he - the dirty bar stard - what have they done with him ?
Maybe they should invite him to sing that song live before the match and we could all pelt him with rotten or miss-shapen fruit & veg [or rocks] prior to kick off.
