Accy get 2 sent off and we get given a goal that doesn't go over the line in the last minute to nick it 1-0 #karma

Morecambe 6 Accrington Stanley 1

Let's put these hoodoo boys to rest good and proper. They have been a serious psychological blockage for far too long. Time to turn the tables and whoop their sorry posteriors

Like the positivity with the forecasts so far but still uneasy about this. OK Jimbo you and the team seem to be producing the opposite results to most of my forecasts at the moment so - Accy to win 2-1.

Well we must get a bit of luck against them some time ? then again probably not, Scott appears to have made a few mistakes for Accy so he will probably have a blinder against us.

What the hell, Morecambe 2-0 Accy

1-2.

There has been many poor performances vs Stanley. I can remember one good one though. A couple of years ago at home we absolutley battered them from start to finish and even got a 90th minute pen, but drew 0-0!

That was the match when Stanley 'keeper (and ex Shrimp) Iain Dunbavin had a blinder.

He saved Richard Brodie's spot kick.

Mrs A's birthday, and Jim and the lads produce a winning display as a present, with Scotty getting MoM for assisting with our goals

Mrs Sak sees it as a 1-2 win for Accy

I'm a little more positive after watching Saturdays performance, 1-1.

So with our home form which is crap and our record against Accy which is crap it should be about 6-0 to Accy . How did you arrive at the 2-1 conclusion John.

Blackpool Shrimp's currently in 4th place, so careful what you predict Dave. As for John L, having joined the competition late, and being 61 points behind the leader I'm afraid it's a mathematical impossibility for him (sorry John).

As much as I would like to be positive, I just can't see anything changing from the usual:

No League wins from 15 attempts = 4 points from 45

Goals scored 14, goals against 28

Lost last 4 at home

Shrimps 0 .. Stanley 1 and a sending off

We are bookies favourites at 6/5 :?
Enjoy yourself.... It is later than you think

This fixture has spoiled my life for the past ten years. I am sick and tired of the same old...same old result.
Artell scores 2 and we lose, Murphy scores in the 94th minute and we lose, Brodie misses a penalty in the 93rd minute and the jinx continues................. :o
Joyce, Ryan, Winnard, Naismith, McCarten Maguire, Atkinson please please play badly! Just this once, just this time, just for us, the multitudes who stand in the rain watching and waiting...waiting for the curse to end.
And Scott, if you read this, be a professional, I wouldn't ask you to do anything else, except give us that moment, that one moment when you just lose concentration for a second (you know Scott that these things can happen in a game) but especially in this game on Friday just a slight ever so slight slip
that almost goes unnoticed but just gives somebody a chance to stick it in the net!
If the jinx does continue you will find me standing on a bridge overlooking the M6............... :!:
Prediction: Shrimps 1 Stanley 3
