Interesting game next week at Wycombe ... Only 5 subs today and 2 of them been used early again today
They might be struggling to name a team next week
Wycombe have had a man sent off today as well

0-2 Second penalty for Burton, this one scored. Stupid penalty to give away, Stav should have been sent off.
Ellison has apparently been "utterly, utterly garbage."

Generally pretty garbage today but fair play to Burton, they were a cracking team and pressed us the entire game which was a large contributor to us being garbage.
Parrish and Hughes were terrible. Parrish is a complete liability with the ball at his feet and Hughes was far too casual. Idiotic back pass for their second penalty too, straight after Stav had shouted at him to kick it into touch. Fleming seems to have lost his recent run of form. Ellison was utterly horrendous, Jim is a complete clown for playing him.
Marginally brighter side, I thought Kenyon was pretty solid today and Beeley did a good job. Also a deserved MOTM for Stav, a penalty save and 3/4 cracking close range/one on one saves!

Good away side who didn't allow us to play like last week...pair of strong centre backs, apart from one sublime act of close skill from Redshaw first half, not much to be positive about

Burton were a joy to watch. Strong physically across the park and kept the ball on the deck.
We however reverted to type. Kick ball to Ellison, nod down to no one and they scamper away with the ball. Keeper collects ball and launch to Ellison who loses ball and remains static. Anyone work out why he wasn't substituted?
Also had the pleasure of standing next to our gang of joyless 16 year-old spotty pubescents in the sunshine. Raining down on them were loads of great songs from the Burton fans, taking the piss out of them. The response was 'you what, you what' and then loads of preening. One fan tucking another's hair under his cap and straightening it for him, while he adjusted his buttoned up collar. A sociologist's dream. They of course poured out the ground and headed towards the Burton fans.
