Help with Shrimps player

Can anyone help me.
I registered with player the same night as I collected my season ticket.
It won't let me log in saying my subscription expird end of july.
To make matters worse, I cant find the code.
Can anyone tell me where the code was

I think the codes are individual , not been able to register my code yet but luckily my old code runs out tomorrow .

Thanks Bill. I've sorted it. I found my code and re registered.
The down side is we've just gone one down

I'm really struggling to register for player. I can enter all my details and apply my free voucher code, but as soon as I hit continue at the bottom all I get is a box come up that says

http://streamamg.mppglobal.com...
createUser call failed
As anybody got any ideas because I'm totally lost with this. What's the point giving away free player subscriptions when you can't subscribe, especially now the season has already started!!!!

Had problems myself last week-----the website stated on the accompanying letter that you got with your season ticket has had problems. Go along to the club shop where you will be given a fresh directive.--Best of luck.

I was told in the shop, even though its free you still need to put in your bank details, then entre the free code. No money will be taken.

Like I said, I put in all my details and apply the voucher code, which is accepted, when I press continue it comes up with the said message and will not continue to the next page. This is before I get asked for any payment details.
I have attached a screenshot of the message I receive if that helps

I still cant get my new one up and running but it says my account is valid till 25/8/15. So I'm thinking it maybe 12 months from when last season's code was entred? cofussed.com

My subscription doesn't run out for a while yet. I've just logged on with my old one without any problems.

Same here and it has 2 months to run yet... tried to find somewhere to put in the code number but can't find anywhere - presume it will work when the other runs out?
Sure in the past I have entered the code which has simply topped up the existing subscription time
All will become clear no doubt

Just go on morecambeplayer and enter info as if you are starting a subscription, enter all info i.e. name card number. Then enter the voucher code and you will not be charged. Worked for me

A good 10 mins of hi-lights on the new HD Player. Bit jumpy but could be my comp. Looks good when played through the TV.

Certainly an encouraging first game despite result. Some of our play (as seen on Player) warranted a better return and a draw would have been a fair result for both teams.

Strange one why do you have to enter card details if you are entering a free voucher .
Does it actually say there is no charge ?.
My subscription has just run out today but still can't find any where to enter the voucher , never had any trouble last year (head scratching going on
)

When you've put in you bank details and voucher code it says £0 charge made.
