Once again on my walk home from the globe (less than 500 yards) i was greeted by the local hooligans. A group of around 10 lads in the familiar clobber trying to entice any luton fans into a scrap, tonight they were singing f$$k the ira im confused about this but whats more worrying is the lack of protection for fans (home and away) heading towards the cycle track or westgate after the game.

Did you notice that some kind of powder had been thrown on a few car windscreens that were parked on the main road?

Sick of these fcukwits even more now.
Chatting to a fan exiting the Omega tonight (I was on the Carwash) and he'd overheard them plotting and scheming.
Still needs sorting.....

Saw these idiots running through towards the estate trying to entice Luton fans.
How old are they? About 15?
Absolutely pathetic.

the club was given names last week ,and announced they were sorting things oit with the police on the Ows?, maybe they should have a meeting about it in the new bar behind the home stand, or get ''shanghai and the clevers'' to sort them out.

So sad to see this. They are killing our reputation and fans are staying away in their droves. Probably lost around 200 fans from the Omega from the last home game alone. The atmosphere was dead last night.
Not sure how the Club can solve it really but an idea might be to check ID on the gates for age, as I have a sneaky suspicion that many over age teens and early 20s are still getting in at a child's price. Paying full whack might put off a few who are only here for the bother?

3 weeks ago a police officer knocked on my front door and when I opened it he asked me if my son was in. I told him I didn't have a son and he asked if he could come in. He told some young lads had been taken to the police station and interviewed on camera regarding incidents involved at Morecambe games. One of the youths had given my name and address, hence the visit. He showed me a photo of the young lad but I didn't recognise him. I don't know how he got my details.
Maybe the club and police are working behind the scenes, but I suggest they could work more efficiently. Sending a copper round won't have been cheap and I'm nowhere near being a youth

And rather alarming too to open a door to see a Policeman/woman standing there.

I mistakenly left my car window fully open at Bare Lane station today and there was nothing missing and nothing added, so not all of Morecambe is bad! Maybe the new stadium should've been built on Turner's Field...

My car was one of those spread in the powdery stuff parked on Westgate last night. At first I thought it was just powder or flour or something as it cleared as I put my windscreen wipers on but when I set off to work this morning I noticed the rest of it had dried on the outer of my windscreen , bonnet and roof. ... Lord knows what it is, I just hope the car wash trip tomorrow will be able to clear it! Otherwise I'll be stalking the estate massive in future!

Yes, but not for the same reason you're thinking of...

Yet another whos car got covered needing a trip to the car wash, and we certainly weren't the only ones.
A lot were far worse than mine but the couple in front of me were Luton fans, well pissed off as you can imagine, these little pricks are soon going to get one almighty hiding from someone locally or they will pick on the wrong set of away fans and get the hiding they have got coming their way

. Spray glue is the considered opinion of the 'powdery' stuff... Happen they'd like it spraying on their faces!
