I say, Jeeves, how spiffingly wonderful it is to see Morecambe playing well, in a play off spot and scoring lots of goals.
Yes it is, to have a Football League Club on our doorstep after all those dark years of thinking we would never get there is bladdy marvellous..
I blame all those monster raving loonies from the cinder bank
Top Scorers in the top 4 Leagues in England
Morecambe 31
Gillingham 28
Leyton Orient 25
Man City 24
Birmingham 19

V8 costs between1.50 amnd 2 pounds, its a juice containing carrot ,tomato, beetroot and celery plus other parts of your 5 a day, you can use it instead of tinned tomatoes in casseroles ,pasta sauces and chili's and is a fantasic way of getting healthy veg into your meals without the children suspecting a thing.

Except that by pureeing it you destroy the fibre, which means the sugars aren't broken down as they would be in the whole fruit and veg, so in actual fact the sugar becomes the added or processed sugar we're supposed to avoid. Sorry to be a downer but smoothies aren't actually very healthy.

carrots, and the other juices are providing a lot more goodness, fibre aside, beta carotene, vitamins a c ad e and a host of other vitamins and minerals, you can get fibre into the meal via brown rice or wholwheat pasta, I am happy to provide recipes for folk using V8 ,as long as they aren't ukip or tories.

Fibre's one thing, but what about the sugar. Sugars in whole fruit and veg are bound up with the fibre, and are not included in the receommended daily allowance for sugar. Once you puree it, the sugar in the fruit and veg becomes as bad for you as the sugar in a Mars bar.

LOL!
Add to that, the fact that because it is already pureed, it takes almost no energy for the body to digest it, so even more of the sugars are even more easily stored.

Are you sure this V8 stuff is legal mrpotatohead ? You've gone from a caring parent attempting to give his children their 5 a day to nearly a poisoner in a few hours? Any other useful tips such as Arsenic as a pick me up ? I think I need to get in touch with Jamie Oliver for my dietary advice.
