Let's hope that the game isn't in doubt due to the horrendous weather. It's throwing it down in Storth at the moment with the forecast not that positive for the late afternoon and evening.

It HAS to go ahead! FA Cup takes priority. Only 2 Tuesdays before 2nd round are Cambridge and err, Dagenham

Nice and sunny south of Birmingham for an hour or so before sunset. Just the gusts to contend with so I can make the 2nd half... 8-)

It doesn't get any better after a good nights kip, if we have assets like miller and (allegedly) Mcgowan, they should be sold, a large contingent of players released, and a total rebuild undertaken using the transfer money to slightly improve wages and bring in better and more commited pro's, wether Jim has the contacts to find such players is questionable, mores the point, would he get the funds anyway, given the state of our clubs pulling power and finances, I expect more of the same for the next year or two, with the only exitement being a possible relegation battle next season, sorry.

I thought Miller and McGowan did nothing to increase their value last night, nor for that matter did anyone else. The reality is overall we have a poor squad, even by L2 standards and again it will be a long season. Anyone who shows anything to generate interest from elsewhere will be sold.
A few more "performances" like last night an we will be looking at the wrong end of the table.

Its going to make it much more difficult selling the Cambridge game even at a knock down price of £3.

It just seemed that once we went 2-0 up that we went into defensive mode instead of hunting for a 3rd goal that might have killed them off.

I should think Dagenham must be regretting calling off last Saturdays match or they could have been 3 points nearer safety.

How have they managed to acquire a player like their number 4 ?

We have ''balls'' and a lot of ''spunk'', unfortunately it all seems to be running out of the clubs arse and mouth!

And that is the most frustrating part of the whole debacle. We should have been pressing & pressing, instead we went all coy, and let Dagenham run at us with the ball on the deck. We could have gone for a cricket score and been 5-0 at half time, with the wind at our backs. Can you imagine what a hammering of Dagenham would have done for attendances next Tuesday. Instead, a hammering BY Dagenham is going to have an impact.

As someone else said, it doesn't feel any better in the morning

He was at Torquay, then got found guilty by the FA of biting a player. He was banned for 10 games and never played again for them again and they were relegated at the end of the season. He's on a 2yr deal, but was banned again for 6 months earlier this year for biting - again!!

Certainly got his teeth into it last night
