Mourinhos biggest problem is that he thinks success is down to him alone and failure is down to everyone else. As a manager he should see which players are not performing and deal with it he has possibly the most players to choose from. Im not surprised by this but i would of kept him

I honestly think it's all down to him sacking the Dr.
Jimbo talks about how kit men, Dr's, Physios play a huge role in building team spirit in the dressing room.
They saw Jose treat the Dr really badly and if they all thought highly of her and liked her all the players then lost respect for him over it which he has never gained back.
Also wasn't Hazard the player that was down injured which kicked it all of and now it's Hazard that seems to have downed tools and isn't trying anymore, coincidence or not?

I agree that it has all boiled over since the doctor left, but the players should carry on regardless in their professional role, not spit their dummy out. I think some of the players need the boot as well.

I agree for example in the real world if you manager had sacked one of your work colleagues today unfairly you would still have to turn up tomorrow keep your head and do your job.
But in football we all know player power rules these days so Jose has sacked one of their own and they have revolted.
I was reading Jamie Carragher's comments today that because he was a one man club and loved Liverpool so much he didn't care about the manager or any issues in the dressing room he would always give 100% for the club whatever was going on. What a brilliant attitude but sadly not all players are like that.

They have turned up and done their job, just not with the same level of commitment. Which is the same in the real world.

Indeed, I can relate to this.
I've had "Line Managers" in my role who I have thought were absolute dicks and my commitment levels dropped considerably.
Up until around 12 months ago, my manager was based 250 miles away and it was a nightmare. I hated it and I hated him.
My new line manager is based here with me now, and my mojo is restored!!

from the Jeremy Vine article on BBC
"And then something utterly unhinged happened. I had to explain to my young daughter why you had exploded at the popular team doctor (one of the most prominent women in the Premier League) and I could not give her a decent reason. You didn't just demote her and cause her to leave, you humiliated her. You should not have done it and I believe the players were also at a loss as they tried to explain it to their young daughters.
She was popular; they sided with her against you; you lost the dressing room. You caused the doctor to leave and the players sacked you. Do you understand that, Jose? You were fired by your own players. When you realise that is what has happened, I believe you will find the thought unbearable."

Not sure, but he lets them get on with it, so never any problems with the ones I answer to!
