Doesn't say "knocked down", it says "turned in to flats".

So how did that work out then?

The Broadway was supposed to be "turned into flats" too, as was The Elms.

They aren't knocking the building down.

Just converting from the first floor up into apartments.

All I will say, Central Pier. A mysterious fire and then it requires bulldozing.

I feel for anyone that ends up with an apartment that is built where the bogs were. No way they'll get rid of the stench.

theres hardly any windows, seen size of them on the sides? you wont get much light in.

plus where are you gonna Park, unless they made the bottom floor into a under cover garage, but Gerry's Fishing tackle have just spent loads doing that up.

it will become like the Winter Gardens.

only positive is you have 4 fire exits, ave been chucked out of them before.

There is only you talking of 'knocking'.

Turning in to flats is different.
