the transfer window opens soon.

1] can we make room for a new player by loaning one out?

2] what do we need?

for my and I do rate Molyneux, can't understand why it's not happening, but he would generate some interest if we offered him a chance to go out on loan.

I would like a defensive leader, Hughes for all his faults we have missed him.

Would love a decent centre half to be bought in; however with cashflow like it currently is, it might be more a case of us offloading rather than bringing anyone in.

Grimsby are looking to loan out underperforming striker padraig amond, he managed a goal today but so far this season he has only netted 20 times for the mariners

to be fair, scoring goals has not been the problem for us this season.

if Blackpool had have come in for Redshaw sooner last summer, I think Jim would have kept Amond, clever player.

I think it would be a miracle if there were any deals at all from us in the loan market after the financial disasters the club has encountered over the past few weeks . No Saturday revenue since the end of October and how much has been spent on unsold programmes alone. :o Someone mentioned about a centre-half, well we have one who has never been given a chance for a long time and with recent performances of others in that position i think he deserved one.

The worrying thing is that the lack of Saturday revenue may result in ANY player who has attracted interest being sold in January at a bargain basement price, resulting in the squad being weaker for the second half of the season. We may currently have a decent cushion over the bottom two but can't afford to weaken the squad. Without being a glass half empty person I am quite fearful for next season.

I would imagine these programmes will be used for the re-arranged matches as is normally the case.

With an A4 sheet insert updating the squad information if needs be.

Price is irrelevant , we don't buy players.

We need a commanding CB and somebody to replace Wilson, who through testing times has been below par for us for a while. It can't go on.

Hughes was slagged off to high heaven on here for shouting at the players when they made mistakes, but I'd have him back. I don't care if he called a fan who was questioning his ability a shit house via twitter. He was a competitor who put himself about.

I think we are too soft centred/nice and quite frankly need to toughen up. Notts County committed multiple cynical fouls on Monday and I don't think any received a booking from the referee(?), even the penalty. Somebody should have been in the officials ear, so the next time County committed a similar foul it would have been on the officials conscious a bit more that these fouls kept occurring and perhaps maybe he needed to do something about it. It's not cheating to question the referee, just another example of us being a bit naive and missing some leadership on the field.
