Just wondering what the club will look at first, my email or this messageboard..........

Basically, got given my Boxing Day ticket as a christmas present and obvs the game was postponed.

Want to know what I can do with it. Will happily take ticket for the Exeter/Yeovil game instead.

I await our club getting in touch..........

pretty sure you will get the choice of the rearranged fixture, swap to another match or a refund/credit note.

Sorted within 90 minutes. Pretty good going by the club I would say.

Nearer 3/4 hours actually but we got there in the end, excellent customer service from the chap at the end of the email who's name escapes me.
