So those of you who are boycotting The Globe until the manager is changed...
So those of you who don't go when things are tough...
So those of you who decide we're crap based upon statistics on the BBC web site...
So those of you who leave games early...
So those of you who think the best way to help the club is to give them even less money to work with...
So those of you who don't think Morecambe are entertaining...

So those of you who've forgotten what the magic of being a Morecambe football fan is all about...

You missed one of those 'I was there' moments!!! And moments like this one don't come around that often!

You remember how some fans printed "I was there when Perkins scored" t-shirts? Well, I didn't have one of those. But if they fancy doing some "I was there when Big Baz scored" t-shirts, I'll have one of them! :D :D :D

The T-Shirt was talked about in the bar after the game. If the club don't might be something FCoM can look into.

In 2008 Portsmouth won the FA Cup. Just eight years later they are playing Morecambe. We've had some memorable games against Portsmouth in the past, but this one will last in the memory for a very long time. I haven't seen a goalkeeper score 'live' before.

You just never know. So you should never give up. Tonight was special but to be honest, it was no more than we deserved. The 'stats' may or may not reflect the game (I've not looked), but we definitely deserved a point, probably more. Obviously, Barry was the busier goalkeeper, what with stopping them at one end and scoring them at the other! But their keeper had more saves to make and if someone had got on the end of any of three crosses that were whipped across the 6yrd area, we could have been comfortably in front.

But of course, if we'd scored one of those chances, or indeed, had Barry scored in the first half, he wouldn't have gone up for THAT moment... so... :D

if their keeper hadn't made that amazing save near the end, he wouldn't have beaten by a goalkeeper from a header on his record

Absolutely brilliant night.

I'll have one of those T Shirts please Paul !! Robert will have one too !!

Amazing isn't it how my phone normally never stops bleeping after a Morecambe defeat with texts saying this that and the other.

How many did I get last night?? Not a single one.

I. Was. There. Happy. As a pig in shit.

Put me down for a shirt too please. I'll ask Mrs A if she wants one. Medium for me, small for Mrs A (if she wants it). Proceeds to the Omega stand concourse roof fund?

A much improved performance even if equaliser hadn't gone in but what an atmosphere when it nestled in the back of the net. Put me down for commemorative t-shirt. In years to come there will be massive numbers of supporters claiming they were there. I was fortunate enough to be at Wembley in 66 and someone has worked out over 300,000 people claim they were there!!

Put me down for a Tee shirt too.

Be a good idea to kick start a Omega Concourse fund with the proceeds.

Whilst we're on the Omega subject.

Credit really must go to the team in the canteen.

Superb quick and efficient service they've got going on there and excellent team work.

I'd have a t-shirt please :)

I am glad the boycotting "fans" missed a moment like that. A moment we will be reminiscing about for 10+ years. If they want to support a team who win every game, go and support....oh wait no team does!

People like Blackpool Shrimp are a disgrace. How you can criticise at half time from miles way shows his natural negative attitude, especially when we were playing fairly well. A proper midfield battle with both teams doing well to stop the other entering the box. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

The player's didn't deserve the small ripple of boos they got at half time after the effort and closing down they put in, especially from "fans" singing just after the break. Don't understand how you can boo and encourage within minutes :?

That's 'cos you've nicked the team that used to be in Block D/E. Excellent staff they are, whilst the new team are hardworking but still learning. That said, after they ran out of coffee and hot chocolate a couple of weeks ago (not their fault), we've taken to bringing our own again.

I think I need a T-shirt that reads. 'It's the only game I wasn't at when Big Baz scored! And I'm really gutted!!'
You see my wife works upstairs in the boxes on match days and last night's game has been the only game this year I couldn't get anybody to babysit my daughter for me. I already paid for the match with my season ticket or is it classed as one of my free games and i missed it? So if anybody can sort out my T-shirt I'd appreciate it

I'm still buzzing nearly 24 hours later,so proud of the players and the supporters, what a finish to a game from which we deserved at least a point. I know it's not been easy at times this season but a moment of magic like last nights will live a lifetime. Supporting a small club like Morecambe will have more lows than highs but when the highs do come along they are so special. MFC, thank-you for another magical moment. PS, to the fans who were not there, I'm not going to gloat but just say, please come back, MFC needs you. PPS, a t-shirt for me please.

I`m one of the lucky ones to see Jimmy Glass score that famous goal for Carlisle and now Baz`s which was just as good and gave me that great feeling again, t-shirt for me!

Who was it from the Portsmouth bench at the final whistle that went up to Baz on the pitch and shook his hand. Funnily enough, saw a lingwood security security guard who was at the match that claimed there were words had in the players tunnel.

Looks like the t-shirt idea is popular, let's get a design done!

Possibly the Pompey manager. One thing for certain their manager was impressed with Luke Conlin. He applauded the lad when he did a run into mid field and played a brilliant ball into the Pompey box. He turned to his assistant and nodded his head before making a comment which suggested that he quite fancied him and with his Burnley connections he may well come in for Luke at the end of his time with us.

Personally I'd like us to keep him as he has the making of a decent player with us.

:) :) :)
