Do you actually "fish" for shrimps?

I'll leave the lack of an o/t, just because it's the better "joke" of the two posted on here today.

And I'm sad about shrimps at the moment. A fishmonger on the Isle of Man used to have Potted Shrimps from a company in Flookburgh but they told Elaine at the weekend, the company has gone bankrupt. They only had Southport shrimps  I wonder if I can get them to stock Baxter's?

You should demand it! If they're good enough for Her Majesty The Queen (by appointment), then surely they are good enough for her fellow tax dodgers on the Isle of Man.

The best place to buy shrimp is Olga's opposite Morecambe police station, been buying theirs for 30 years. I believe to catch them is to set a baited net out on the sand at low tide.

Does that count as 'fishing', or is it 'crustaceaning'? :D

They've left, and gone to Flookburgh!! I go to Olga's in Poulton Square but have used Edmondsons on Yorkshire Street also, both excellent.
