Barnet home
Dagenham away
Hartlepool home
We need 3 wins , would settle for 1 win and 2 draws.

I'd settle for 3 wins. Seen enough draws and defeats this season...

7 points out of that will be satisfactory.

On current form 3 points from 3 games would be brilliant!

After looking at York City's fixtures I think 3 points for us would be enough.
Their next 7 matches are against promotion/play off teams and Hartlepool away and they finish against us so as long as we are 4 points above them then we will be safe.

Two wins from three games please. We REALLY need to go on the attack right from the off and not sit back and give the opposition confidence. Three winnable games, if we play as we can play, rather than as we tend to play.

After starting the season the way we did with fast attacking football scoring 4 at Yeovil and 5 at Wimbledon Jim seems to have just gone into ultra defensive mode trying to draw 0-0 with a possible nicked goal. Its awful to watch and its not working

11 players remaining on the pitch would be a good start

While we have a free day we need to get all the squad on the training pitch, and make sure they can pass properly, know how to take a free kick without forgetting what to do and learn how to put a ball into the net.Yesterday was a bloody mish/mash of schoolboy rubbish except for Flemming and O Hara.

Better !!!
It was utter rubbish from start to finish. I made a return yesterday after 4 month lay off and was regretting it after 15 minutes. You'll see better quality football at the top end of the North Lancs league. I'm not one for in depth analysis on formations etc. But the basics of passing , movement off the ball and enthusiasm when your on the pitch are obvious. It is like watching youth football at times ; you feel like shouting "get involved" , "take your time and pass to a team mate" for Christ sake they are professionals. They know the basics so it must just be laziness / disinterest. As for the refs decisions ; I believe he ducked the first one and should of sent the Plymouth player off , but you've got to get on with it, that's part of any sport.
I just wanted the "match" to end so I could go home !! Kept looking at the time ?

How many times have you said that this season Keith and nothing changes , its really disheartening now . I think we have only won two games this year and we are into the 4th Month next week and i honestly cannot see where our next win is coming from , at the moment its a bonus just to keep 11 players on the pitch.
Reading the comments from yesterdays game and the messages i received , it seems i had better entertainment sat at Manchester airport for 4 hrs waiting for my passengers to turn up.
I was given a bit of hope last week after the gutsy defensive display we put up at Orient as every player gave 100%, but then all i hear from yesterdays game is that we were sloppy , why did we not build on that performance from last week.
Come on Jim give me some inspiration please before i start thinking along the L.S lines

We won't take many to Dagenham so if we look at the next three games that a substantial amount of fans will see as:
Barnet Home
Hartlepool Home
Accy Away
Expectations will be high for the two home games which are certainly winnable. Fail to win either of those followed by our traditional whipping at Accy and that will be the final straw for a lot of people. At Dover last season Bentley and the players received criticism whilst walking off the pitch that was more intense than I have ever witnessed. I can see a similar situation occurring at Accy.

I would love to see Jim ditch the horrible system he persists with and starting playing people in real positions. Get Miller and Barky upfront, stick Kev and Moly out wide, play Goodall and Wildig in the middle and let our full backs bomb on. Its just so negative and sloppy every week. Give them a bit of freedom to play in front of their own fans rather than the guff we have endured for a few seasons and will continue to endure whilst sentiment dictates our managemnt team.

We can always live in hope...but it just won't happen. Too set in their collective ways...

Fully agree. Last season was going poorly and then eventually Jim started putting Kev and Redshaw upfront as strikers, and we started getting goals again.
Yesterday, 4 strikers, yet he still only had one upfront (4 were: new guy, Miller, Mullen and Kev - who's best as a striker.). Why??? It doesn't work, he has options on the bench for a 4-4-2 but doesn't do it.
Last year, it was redshaw walking around in the middle getting bored, this year it's been Miller. It needs changing!

The last time we played with a proper front two pairing was when we had Jevons and Mullin up front. We were a real handful back then and it was good to watch.
Jim has been everything we thought he would 't be as a manager. He is ultra negative, a dug out recluse and rather unispiring when he talks.

So no Devitt and Moly starts?
Did you see him yesterday - AWFUL - as were many but how he gets to play never mind start is beyond me.

I feel a bit for Moly. He was Jim's marquee signing and he has failed to deliver. Jim said he was going to be played as a 10 but he has never had a run at that, in fact he has played everywhere but. He is a bit soft and lightweight but he is technically good. Given a run on the left wing he could do a decent job but to be honest, I forgot about Devitt.

May as well forget about Devitt as i doubt he will be around next season sadly! Will be interesting to see how many times he plays the full 90 minutes elsewhere. With Moly it's typical of current management to stifle their game or play them in the wrong position, their ability gets coached out of them here!
