Player Of The Season voting will take place on the 23rd April, The Stevenage game.

Weather permitting there will this year be a table outside the "Bar and Grill" between 2 and 2.45. There will also be boxes around the ground SO ample chances to vote, PLEASE think of others and DON'T pinch the pens last year we brought 50 and got 5 returned.

Baz if a keeper is classified as a defender.

Miller and Devitt the other candidates IMHO. And will they be here next season ?

I suppose it'll have to be Miller!

Has to be Miller for me. Where'd we be without his goals this season?

League stats

Miller 14 goals, 159 mins per goal
Devitt 15 assists, 156 mins per assist

Should be very close between these two. Goal scorers are always popular but I will be voting for Devitt. Without him Miller and the team wouldn't have scored anywhere near as many goals. Miller is a great finisher but I reckon if Barkhuizen had played as the lone CF this season he would have a similar amount of goals, Devitt's creativity however wouldn't be as easily replaced

Devitt for me.

Yes, Miller has had a good goalscoring season but Jamie Devitt has amassed more assists than anyone in the entire division and there is only one player in the last 10 years to have got more assists than Devitt has managed in a single season in L2.

It's a great achievement that goes behond what Miller has managed in my opinion.

Devitt for me too. He's been generally consistent in his role.

Miller has been a bit haphazard, ups and downs, some games barely done anything at all, other games missed a few easy shots that should have gone in. Never really looked a "team" player to me.

Devitt easy for me, I like Miller but if he doesn't score he doesn't contribute much more. Jamie has been our playmaker this season and really stepped it up after redshaw left. Wish him all the best at peteborough next season !

Dugdale for me.....he's been our most consistent performer when played......

Devitt for me. Miller a close second having made an essential contribution with his goals but Devitt has been absolutely key all season, so many assists plus a handul of goals. Consistently good performances too and ill be gutted if (when) he leaves.

How dare you refer to him as 'yard dog'.....there has only ever been one 'yard dog' and it's an insult to him for Dugdale to even be mentioned in the same breath.....

Agree with what you say about Barky; wheres Miller has a number of goals from the pnalty spot Barky has double figures from open play, and doubles up as a defender. None of the other attacking players can do that, and whilst he has his share of off games (don't they all) his contribution to THE TEAM should not be underestimated.
Dev will win it, and although (as someone else said) he is made of twigs he has probably contributed the most so he will get my vote.

Said Miller months ago and haven't changed my mind.

Won't be giving it to Devitt who is leaving (not that I blame him, P'Boro is a perfect side for him and a no brainer)

Barky for me, very dangerous when played as a centre forward, our James Vardy, and for turning down a £2 Million pound move to Tottenham Hotsphur.

Took his goal well v the monkey hangers making it out of nothing by showing awareness and desire so late in the game and at 4-1 down.
BUT
Too many nothing games.
However when played out of position to shore up the defence (like that works; look at our goals conceded) he obviously can't do what he does best. Some sublime finishes this season (with the Wombles springing to mind where he held off the defender and lobbed the keeper, turning towards us before the ball was even in the net) and generates a buzz when he is given the ball in space and runs.

So an honourable mention, but still Dev for me.
